Meal details and refunds

Makkah breakfast is served at the hotel from 25 Zil Qadah to 4 Zil Hajj.
From 1 to 4 Zil Hajj you get a buffet breakfast and dinner, plus lunch coupons.
Other Makkah meals come packed, in a dining area, or as restaurant vouchers.
In Shisha our caterer serves three Bangladeshi meals a day.
Skip meals outside 7 to 12 Zil Hajj and we refund SAR 30 per person per day.
Return an unused meal coupon and get SAR 15 back.

From 7 to 12 Zil Hajj you stay in a Maktab tent arranged by the Saudi Muallem.

Passport policies

What happens to your passport from the day you book to the day you fly home.

Before you fly
Your passport must be valid until at least 31 December 2027. Send us a clear scan when you book.

When you land
Saudi authorities collect passports on arrival and keep them during your stay. Keep your Nusuk card and ID copy with you.

On your return day
Your passport is handed back to you before your flight home to Dhaka.
