Umrah 2027 Package Excluded

Hady (Dam Al-Shukr / Qurbani) is not included in the package price. The approximate cost is SAR 750–850 per person, subject to the rates announced by the relevant authorities.

The room-sharing categories (Quint, Quad, Triple, Double, and Single) apply only to hotels in Makkah and Madinah. If the itinerary includes accommodation in Shisha/Aziziyah apartments, male and female pilgrims will be accommodated in separate shared rooms. Room occupancy is typically 5–6 persons for Economy/Standard packages and up to 5 persons for Deluxe/Superior/Premium packages. Private room arrangements in Shisha/Aziziyah may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Personal expenses, optional services, and any items not specifically mentioned under the “Package Includes” section.

Optional

Pilgrims who wish to upgrade to an A Tent / VIP Tent (Maktab), including Special VIP Bus Service (reserved seat transportation) during the Umrah period in Mina, Arafah, and Muzdalifah, may do so at an additional cost of approximately BDT 300,000 per person, subject to availability and approval from the relevant authorities.

A Special VIP Bus Service (reserved seat transportation) is available at an additional cost of approximately BDT 50,000 per person. Pilgrims who book this service will enjoy seat-by-seat transportation during the Umrah days, including the major transfers between Shisha/Aziziyah, Mina, Arafah, and Muzdalifah, subject to operational arrangements.

Additional customized services may be arranged at extra cost, including Haram View Rooms, Kaaba View Rooms, Suite Rooms, private transportation, and additional Ziyarah or sightseeing tours in Makkah, Madinah, Taif, or Jeddah, subject to availability.

Economy Class air tickets may be upgraded to Business Class at an additional cost of approximately BDT 100,000 per person, subject to availability and the applicable fare difference.

Cancellation Policy

Once confirmed, Umrah bookings are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable, subject to the Umrah policies, regulations, and operational requirements of the relevant Saudi Arabian and Bangladeshi authorities.

Remarks

Package price applicable for TRAVEL WITH GROUP only.

We have calculated the above package prices (Umrah 2026) based on last year’s. If the Govt. authority changes the expenses of the mentioned sectors this year, then the package prices of Umrah 2027 will also change, and the guests will have to pay the same.

Visa processing is subject to Ministry of Foreign Affairs approval (MOFA).

The conversion of the above package prices based on current riyal (1 SAR = BDT. 33) / USD (1 USD = BDT. 123.00) conversion rates with BDT, if the conversion rate of Riyal or USD changes during the final booking confirmation of package inclusion services, then the package price will also change.

Vehicle Status

All the transportation for Jeddah / Makkah / Madinah / Shisha / Aziziah / Mina / Arafah / Muzdalifah and Ziyarah will be provided by bus. Mentioned that, each bus will be allocated for every 100 people(+/-) for Umrah days only (Aziziah/Shisha to Mina, Mina to Arafah & Arafah to Muzdalifa). But it will be fine for other routes.

Special bus service (seat by seat) will be provided on Umrah days for those who will book our special VIP bus service.

Hotel Policies

As per Saudi Arabian Hotel policy standard “Check-In” time is 04:00 PM and the “Check- Out” time is 12:00 PM Haramain Hajj Umrah Limited is not responsible for early check-in and late check-out.

Only Hotel Authorities reserve the right to provide available room as per booking, if anyone has any special request to change room (Example – Top Floor, Corner Room, Twin/Double room, etc.) then guests must communicate with hotel reception.

Haramain Hajj Umrah Limited is not responsible for that if unable to change room – if refused by the hotel.

Except for certain hotels, most hotels in Makkah, Madinah or Aziziah/Shisha do not maintain a star rating. Therefore, the star rating of the hotels mentioned in our various packages is mostly local star ratings, not international star ratings. If anyone is concerned about hotel rating, then he/she must discuss it with us before booking the package.

In most of the hotels we call 3 Star, there is no Wi-Fi in the room, or Wi-Fi is there but it doesn’t work. You can only use Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby. These hotels usually do not offer room service, if you ever need room service you should tell the hotel reception.

May be there is no separate bucket for washing clothes or bath in the bathroom, have to take a bath with a shower.

Most of the (5 Star) hotels in Makkah, Madinah twin / double rooms and they add extra beds to make triples or quad rooms. The size of the extra bed is not equal to the main bed.

Moallem Activities

Dedicated Bangladeshi Muallem (Mufti, Mawlana) guide for the full period.

Flight Schedule

For any kind of natural issues for example: if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of departure, then hotel booking will not change as per the non-refundable policy and if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of return, then an extra hotel accommodation charge will be added.

For any kind of natural issue like flight delay then Haramain Hajj Umrah Limited is not responsible for that.

If missing luggage by airlines or Saudi Umrah management authority, then Haramain Hajj Umrah Limited will co-operate with various directions but is not obliged to return the bag or pay the fine.

Due to the availability of flight tickets, the total duration of the package may be less or more than 1-5 days. In that case no amount will be refunded or added to the package price.

Ziyarah Timing

Usually, we provide all Ziyara service for Makkah or Madinah at 7 AM and the duration is 2-3 hours (maximum).
